OUR PROCESS

1. Upon receiving your email or phone call, we will organise a time to meet with you on site or in our factory depending on the nature of your job. If you have drawings with specifications of your project you can fax, email or mail them to us for quoting.​

2. Once both parties are clear on the finished product we will proceed with the quote.- We will do a written quote and send / email to you within 24hrs from the time we have all necessary information.

3. On acceptance final colours and materials are confirmed.

4. At this stage, a 30% deposit is required and we can then order materials and schedule your job.

5. When your job is completed in the factory, you are invited to come in and view it. You are also welcome to visit at any other time to see your joinery.

6. At this point, on your satisfaction a 50% progressive payment is required .

7. We will then schedule delivery and installation, which will be confirmed prior to the said date.

8. On installation and again on your satisfaction the balance of payment is required.

• We are available to talk to you at any time during the progress of your job. We will answer all of your questions so that you are completely at ease and understand the whole procedure.

• We are flexible with changes that are made after the job has commenced, sometimes at no additional costs, other times there is an additional cost associated with the changes. This will be stated at the time the changes are requested.

• We can provide and manage all trades to complete your job to make the process steamlined or alternatively we are able to work with your own trades. In this scenario we ask that we can communicate directly with your trades.

• It is our intention to keep the communication lines open at all times.
